Together Pamina and Papageno tell the story of the magic flute, embodying different characters such as Tamino, the Queen of the Night, Papagena, and so forth. The production is geared towards children aged 5 and up with interactivity as a cornerstone. The children sing along, play with wild animals, and are even invited to pass the water and fire test with the performers. Thanks to this close contact, the inclusion of the young audience, as well as the humor and vitality of the characters, this staging of “The Magic Flute” generates children’s enthusiasm about further experiences of opera.
